Congratulations on being asked to be Maid of Honour. Now your probably feeling little overwhelmed with where to start, lets face it can be a daunting task. Not to worry here at Hangover Weekends we've got over 10 years experience in hen party planning, follow the steps below and your on to a guaranteed winner. 

1. Date and budget - its important to nail down a date before you commence the hen do planning this way you can get a rough ideas of numbers. Even if you’re looking a year in advance the sooner you book, the better. Next up is budget discuss this early on and stick to, it needs to be affordable for everyone. Don't worry we’ll ensure you get the most for your money - remember packages can be completely bespoke to suit you group needs and we offer flexible free  installments. 

2. Destination, liaise with the bride to be where does she want to go? We specialise in various UK hen destinations so choosing couldn't be easier. Ensure the girls have a amazing hen weekend and the mother of the bride is more than satisfied by checking out all the activities we offer by clicking build your own from each destination page. 

3. Next build your own bespoke hen package at the click of a button (or you can select a prebuilt package) choose from thousands of hen approved accommodation and activities. You will the be sent a quote by your own expert dedicated party planner - any questions or changes give us a call, WhatsApp, DM or email - it really is that simple.

4. Once your happy with your package its just 1 x £50 to secure for the full group, let us know your preferred itinerary and we'll do the rest. Managing your booking couldn't be easier with our portal, share the link with the group, who can then “Claim their Places” by entering their details. Here everyone can manage view the itinerary, ask any questions and manage their own individual balance. No need to collect money or chase payments, our system does it all, phew!. As a ethical and responsible company all monies paid will protected in our PTS trust account until your weekend has been.

5. Countdown mode, everything is booked now its time to sit back, relax and take all the credit - treat yourself to a glass of bubbles you deserve it.. Our bespoke online portal will display all the essential information for your upcoming weekend approximately 30 days in advance. This includes addresses, maps, pre-orders, and rooming lists, which will be accessible to the entire group.
