On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious outdoor veranda overlooking vibrant restaurants and bars, which also features your exclusive hot tub area. The sleeping arrangements on this floor include a double bedroom, a room with a double bed and two bunk beds, and another room with a double bed. There are also kitchen facilities and cosy seating areas.
The second floor includes additional seating and kitchen facilities, a room with a double bed and two bunk beds, a room with six bunk beds, a studio with two double beds, and another room with a double bed.
The third floor, known as the "Penthouse," boasts a balcony with views of the Cathedral and historic Chester. It features a large kitchen and dining area, along with more seating options. Two additional bedrooms offer a double bed in one and a double bed with two bunk beds in the other. The living area also includes a double sofa bed.
The property is equipped with numerous W/C, bath, and shower rooms spread across the various floors for guest convenience.
The ground floor houses our creative communal area available from 3pm to 11pm each day exclusively for your use, consisting of extra large dining area and bar area right in the heart of the city.
We do ask that all guests act with courtesy to our neighbours while staying with us. The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
