There is 2 bedrooms with a mixture of single beds, double/king beds and sofa beds. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The house is situated in a nice residential area so respect must be given to the surrounding neighbours. As such all guests must observe quiet times of between 9pm and 7am.
